Welcome to Provare Style AI (“the Website” or “the App”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) serve as the End-User License Agreement (EULA) and govern your use of our services. By accessing or using Provare Style AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.

1. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Provare Style AI for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the Website or App.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
• Use the Website or App for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

2. Use of AI Services

Provare Style AI uses third-party artificial intelligence services (including OpenAI and Google Gemini) to process and analyze images you upload. By using the Website, you consent to your images being securely transmitted to these services to generate your personalized analysis. 3. Subscriptions and Credits

Provare Style AI offers three subscription tiers based on a monthly credit system. Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your payment information.

• Free Plan:

  $0/month — Includes 10 monthly credits for basic AI analysis.

• Pro Plan:

  $9.99/month — Includes 200 monthly credits and full AI features.

• Premium Plan:

  $19.99/month — Includes 500 monthly credits and priority access.

Credits are consumed each time you perform an AI action, such as uploading an image for analysis or requesting recommendations. If you run out of credits, you may purchase additional ones at any time through your Lemon Squeezy account.

By subscribing, you agree that payments are managed through Lemon Squeezy’s billing system. Subscription renewals, upgrades, or cancellations can be handled via your Lemon Squeezy customer portal.

4. User Content

You are responsible for the images and data you upload. You agree not to upload content that is:

• Illegal, offensive, or infringing on others’ rights.
• Harassing, harmful, or defamatory.
• Containing nudity, hate speech, or discrimination.
• Used to train or improve competing AI services.

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access if these Terms are violated.

5. No Guarantee of Accuracy

AI-generated recommendations, including color analysis or styling suggestions, may not always be accurate or complete. Use the results for informational purposes only.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and App are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of AI results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for subscriptions in the last 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates take effect once posted on our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
